Sound Healing for Grief and Loss

Join the grief support group for their walk on the beach followed by a sound healing meditation. This specific sound healing helps us become aware of how grief affects the seven different energy centers in the body. The sound healing and guided meditation will start at Oceanside Healing at 1PM.

About the event
We will start by playing bowls on the body, and then move into a meditation specific to grief. Alchemy bowls will accompany the guided meditation. Please bring blankets and pillows and mats.
