Come join us on June 20th before the Labyrinth walk for sound healing and yoga in the greenhouse. We will start around 2pm and go through 3:30pm.

About the event
We start with restorative yoga stretches and then work into playing the singing bowls on our person. The final time is a combination of sound and guided meditation with the crystal and alchemy bowls. Please bring padding, pillows or blankets for a comfortable session. The floor is cement and gravel so padding is suggested.
