Sound Healing and Acupressure experience

We start our experience with acupressure seeds being placed on the earlob. This is an optional experience and is performed by Dr. Jane from Oceanside Healing. Participants then take a moment to settle into our main venue. Once we have everyone settled we start playing the metal tibetan singing bowls on our body. Our last stage is is to listen to a combination of crystal and alchemy singing bowls, along with various tones and sounds, aided by a guided meditation. Come and experience a moment of relaxation and meditation after your acupressure and restorative yoga experience to help the body heal and rejuvinate! Please bring your mats, pads, pillows and blankets so that you have a comfortable experience. The floor is gravel and cement. Donations are accepted at this FREE event. RSVP is required.
