About the event
Experience Restorative Yoga stretching and Sound Healing surrounded by the beautiful life in the greenhouse. We will start with gentle stretching Yoga poses, then play bowls on the body, and end with sound healing and guided meditation
Please bring blankets, pillows, mats, and warm cloths.
Reservations are no longer needed.
