About the event
Experience Restorative Yoga stretching and Sound Healing surrounded by the beautiful life in the greenhouse. We will start with gentle stretching Yoga poses, then play bowls on the body, and end with sound healing and guided meditation
Please bring blankets, pillows, mats, and warm cloths.
There will be only one class offered due to the change in daylight and temperature.
Reservations are no longer needed.
First come, first served until all spaces are filled.
