About the event
We start with Restorative Yoga stretching and end with Sound Healing. You will be surrounded by the beautiful life in the greenhouse! Nirel will instruct you with gentle stretching Yoga poses, and then Joe will play bowls on the body, and end with a sound healing and guided meditation accompanied by the Alchemy and crystal bowls.
Please bring blankets, pillows, mats, and warm cloths.
