Come and experience the meditative practice of walking a labyrinth. Metal and crystal singing bowls will be played in the background in this outdoor setting at Shelldance Orchid Nursery.

About the event
Participants reflectively walk a 30 foot x 30 foot canvas Labyrinth. Singing bowls will be played in the background to help aid the meditative experience. Set an intention to ponder as you walk or simply walk and let the metaphor of your life as a labyrinth be the reflection. Come experience a time of self reflection as you head to your center and stand in stillness. Then come back out the same way you came in. After your experience, an optional group discussion is available to help process your experience.
