A beautiful opportunity to celebrate the heart. Come join us for 1 hour of sound healing and meditation with a focus on Love and the Heart. A bolster and blanket are available at the studio, please bring your mat, pillow and any other items that will make you comfortable during this hour long journey into the heart aspects of your life.
