About the event
Experience Acupressure, Yoga and Sound Healing surrounded by the beautiful life in the greenhouse. We will start with Acupressure, move into stretching Yoga poses, then play bowls on the body, and end with sound healing and guided meditation
Please bring blankets, pillows, mats, and warm cloths.
